Seeking Cook/hostess/chief stew position

I have been working in the hospitality industry most of my life. The past 7 years in 4-5 star environment. I worked my way up working in every department from housekeeping to F&B and Front Office. I have worked as a cook for a few years and run my own business as well an 18 bedroomed inn with a restaurant and bar. The past year and a half I spent working for Carnival Cruise lines where I was originally employed in guest services dealing with 2000 cabins, complaint resolution, accounts, information etc and then moved to groups and events. Working for a cruise line means a fast paced environment where you have 3000 guests on-board on average every week and 3-7 functions a day. The job involved anything and everything regarding groups and VIPs and functions on-board to promoting and organizing as well as supervising events on-board such as Renewal of vows, cocktail parties, meetings, conferences, etc.
I have my STCW95 as well as crowd management, crisis management and human behavior certificates, C1/D visa. Im fun and easy going, very smiley and friendly, love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation. Im also hard working, a fast learner and love working with people (you cant do hospitality unless you do:) ) I also have some experience teaching English.
