My husband and I are a team, we're presently working on an 80 ft. overnight (1 to 4 nights) passenger boat
out of Burlington Vermont. My husband is senior deck hand and I'm the chef. Our job is seasonal and we will
be finished on Oct. 19, so we are interested in finding work for the winter months. We are in our early 50's,

i am a fine dining chef based in the costa del sol, i am experienced in michelin star restaurants, and luxury estates. i would like to consider work on only the finest yachts, cooking to a very high standard, no canal boats please! |

Currently working aboard the MIMI, 125' M/Y, as Assistant Chef. This seasonal position is about to end and I've caught the bug! Responsiblities include daily crew meals, plus dinner cruises for up to 35 people 4-6 nights per week. Open to chef/cook & assistant chef positions. Very good presenation & knife skills. Obviously my home location will require travel, but open to just about anywhere. Also, excellent people skills! |
