I am a university graduate who after a number of years in professional work is looking to become a deck hand and hopefully see the world. I have no real prior sea experience, nor do I have the desired STCW 95 qualification.
But I am enthusiatic and would like to learn as I sail.

Hi, Im Ford Robinson I currently hold a New Zealand Certificate of Competencey, Inshore Launch Masters and an Advanced Deckhands Certificate. Currently I have 8 months more sea time untill I can sit my NZ offshore watch keeper. I am 19 years of age and have been involved with commercial vessels for the last 6 years. 3 years on charter boats and the last 3 of them being 1st mate on NZ offshore longliners.
