Have some yacht sailing experience (but mainly dinghies) so could lend a hand with hanging out a fender or two.

I'm a free-lance journalist who loves cooking. During the holidays of my university years I used to work as stewardess in cruises boats and last summer, by a wonderful coincidence while doing an interview to the captain of the mithycal AMERICA Schooner, I joined his crew and worked there as cook for nearly 2 months, until the season was over in mid October 2007.
