Sorcerer II, a 95’ T.P. Cookson, is looking for a cook to prepare good healthy food for the crew and guests. The cook will also be responsible for meal planning and provisioning for longer trips (5 weeks to the Caribbean from San Diego and 4 weeks from the Caribbean to England) and maintaining inventories and general cleanliness of the galley. I am in the initial stages of planning a couple month cruise of the Med, followed by a transatlantic back to the states. I will probably plan a couple shorter trips in the Med to make sure the crew gets along before the transatlantic. Earliest start will be mid Janurary 2009, lastest start will be early March.
